2. BRILHAH'S ACTIVITY
BRILHAH sells products through its online store.
Sales made through the store are contracted with BRILHAH.
The use of suppliers, fulfilment partners, payment platforms, carriers or other external service providers does not transfer BRILHAH's legal responsibilities towards the consumer to those third parties.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
BRILHAH seeks to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, variants, availability and other information displayed in the store are clear and up to date.
Images used on purchase pages are intended to represent the product actually sold.
Minor differences in appearance, colour or finish may result from lighting, screens or normal manufacturing tolerances, provided they do not materially alter the agreed characteristics.
4. PRICES AND CHARGES
Prices and charges applicable to an order are shown to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Any delivery charges or other costs to be borne by the consumer will be disclosed before the order is confirmed, as required by applicable law.
5. LIABILITY
Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to exclude or limit any liability of BRILHAH that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Mandatory consumer rights remain fully protected.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BRILHAH name, visual identity, original texts, graphic elements, promotional content and other original content created for the brand are protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Content belonging to third parties remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or exploitation of protected content may be prevented in accordance with applicable law.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The store may use or provide links to external services that are necessary or useful for the operation of the business.
Services independently provided by third parties are subject to their own terms and policies.
This provision does not limit BRILHAH's responsibilities in relation to sales concluded with its customers.

10. APPLICABLE LAW
BRILHAH's activity is subject to Portuguese law and applicable European Union rules on e-commerce and consumer protection.
Where mandatory consumer-protection provisions of another country apply, those protections remain unaffected.
